Corper Wearing NYSC Uniform Runs Mad In Enugu (Photo)

An unidentified National Youth Service Corps member has allegedly ran mad at New Haven, Enugu state.

He can be seen dipping his hand into a garbage can with his NYSC trouser almost falling off his body as he walked around.
