There was pandemonium yesterday after a speeding van rammed into a tailoring shop in Umuahia, Abia state capital yesterday. According to reports, the van said to belong to Penco Nigeria Limited, a company that specializes in distribution of drinks - lost control as a result of suspected brake failure and rammed into the shop, leaving not less than three people unconscious.
The victims were rushed to an undisclosed hospital in the area for treatment.
