KADUNA-ABUJA ROAD KIDNAPPER IBRAHIM UMAR ALIAS (SANI DA ORO) IN MILITARY UNIFORM.

Ibrahim Umar (Sani da Oro) is a 20 Year Old Fulani young man arrested as part of the kidnapping gang terrorizing Kaduna/Abuja Road.

He has been arrested by the Special IG Police Team of SARS and Confessed to killing over 10 Kidnapped Victims and drank their blood.
