Good day nairalanders, How can I be free from sin completely?

I keep repenting of a particular thing and going back to doing it after a week or two.. I want to live for GOD, it's the end time and I want to be ready for the coming of the LORD..
Please elders in the house, coach and advice me.. I am willing to learn!
